This intervention is related to the Administration and Non-State Actors Capacity Building Project (PRECANE). It was designed by the Government of the Central African Republic with the support of the African Development Bank Group. The project is structured around three (3) components, namely (i) support for the strategic planning process; (ii) revitalization of non-state actors; (iii) coordination of CEP and monitoring and evaluation of project activities.
The PRECANE aims to: (i) provide various forms of support to certain administrative structures in the form of training, advisory support, workshops, seminars, and the development of work tools, etc. with a view to strengthening their capacities; (ii) support institutions that support the private sector by drawing on best practices adapted to the specific needs of companies; and (iii) technically and materially support and provide support to civil society organizations (CSOs), including peacebuilding structures, key actors working for grassroots development as well as those implementing peacebuilding and social cohesion actions at the community level.
The project will benefit the Administration and Non-State Actors.
