The incubator project for young entrepreneurs (PRODIJE) is a program to support the development of entrepreneurship for young people in Côte d'Ivoire. Approved in 2014, the project started in 2016 with a pilot phase that spans 24 months, over the period 2016-2018. For these first two years, there are 200 young promoters of which 30% of women will be selected, will benefit from a program to strengthen their skills in business development, technical assistance and assistance for a better access to financing from the project's partner financing structures.
The objective is to encourage, identify, finance and support business creation projects of 200 entrepreneurs, 30% of whom are selected from among young people, on the basis of their ability to generate income, their impact on reducing regional and social disparities, their sustainability, and their ability to create sustainable employment.
The beneficiaries of the project are 200 young promoters (men, women) individual or collective aged from 16 to 35 years (50% in Abidjan and 50% in the interior of the country).
