The present project was designed by the Government of the Republic of Djibouti with the support of the African Development Bank Group. It comprises three components, namely: (i) support for improving public financial management; (ii) support to the monitoring and evaluation system of the National Initiative for Social Development (INDS) and (iii) project management.
The overall objective of the project is to support the Government's efforts to improve the capacity of Djibouti state organs in economic and financial governance and more specifically in planning and monitoring-evaluation through the establishment of an integrated system for steering the economy.
