The Technical Assistance Project for the Modernization of the Collaborative Communication System of the Ministry of Finance is a project for an amount equivalent to 496,500 Units of Account, financed through a grant from the African Development Bank (ADB). It is divided into two essential phases. The first phase is the realization of a study to recommend a technical architecture (hardware and software platform) for collaboration including advanced functions based on the state of the art technology (Internet access, messaging, calendar, information sharing, discussion forum, group collaboration, management of sharing spaces, and web publication, etc....). The second focuses on providing assistance to the Ministry of Finance in implementing the validated recommendations of the study and the resulting action plan.
The main objective of the project is to modernize the Ministry of Finance's communication and collaboration system.
The beneficiary of the project is the Ministry of Finance through the Information System Directorate.
