The support project to the reframing of e-Algeria Strategy and to the development of e-Gov implementation approach fits in the framework of improving the public sector governance. This project aims to modernize the goverment functioning, and improve its efficiency and effectiveness. The support focuses mainly on a technical assistance for: (I) reviewing and structuring Algeria e-Government strategy with the development of a National Strategic Plan (NSP) and the implementation of electronic certification; (ii) strengthening the capacity of the execution authority in charge of implementing NSP; (iii) the acquisition of specific computer equipment, and (iv) the implementation of accompanying measures and communication around the PNS.
The project aims at improving and modernizing the country's public resource management.
The beneficiary of the project is the Government of Algeria.
