This project is part of the modernization of the Algerian Public Administration programme. It is designed to assist the Human Resource Department of the Finance Ministry in its mission to strengthen the capacity of the Ministry's senior managers. To do this, three (03) major activities need to be done, namely: (i) perform a diagnosis and document the specific needs; (ii) develop two training programs in favor of the Department of Finance's executives and for high potential young executives; and (iii) provide the necessary assistance for the implementation of the first training actions (pilot phase), such as the internship program for young executives with high potential.
The main objective is to contribute to the modernization of the Public Administration of Algeria through the strengthening of institutional capacities.
The beneficiary of the project is the Government of Algeria.
