Project General Description

The Windsor Garden City Hotel project involves the construction of a five-star hotel facility to accommodate middle and high-income tourists. The hotel is expected to offer 328 luxurious double rooms, 40 luxurious suites for executives and residents, 118 apartments in suite, 4 villas and 240 timeshare units. The hotel is a three-part structure, consisting of a central building, autonomous villas with open community spaces on the north side, and a village with large areas of urban architecture at the southern end of the site. These three parts are linked together by attractive landscaped beds of natural sand dunes, ground cover and a massif of local trees.

Project Objectives

The objective of the project is to create a five-star hotel establishment for middle and high-income tourists.


The main beneficiary of the project is the “Windsor Garden City Hotel”.
