The proposed project consists of Technical Assistance to the Republic of Guinea to contribute to the implementation of its National Economic and Social Development Plan (PNDES) 2016 - 2020. This Technical Assistance to the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development (MPDE) will be directed in the following respective areas: (i) the PPBSE chain; (ii) macroeconomics and monitoring and evaluation; (iii) resource mobilization and public investment management; and (iv) institutional development, human resources management and accounting. This Technical Assistance will be provided by a team of eleven (11) Experts including three (3) International and eight (8) National Experts.
The objective of the project is to provide the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development with sufficient institutional capacity to implement all the development management instruments put in place.
The beneficiary of the project is the Government of the Republic of Guinea through its Ministry in charge of Planning and Economic Development (MPDE).
