The Administrative Capacity Building Support Project (ACBSP) has been designed in response to the urgent need expressed by the Government of Guinea Bissau to address, with greater commitment, the problem of inadequate capacities that affects the Government’s delivery of services. It aims to contribute to the development of human capital and economic governance in Guinea Bissau. It is an investment project with a total cost, excluding taxes and excluding customs, assessed to UA 7.80 million. The three components have been defined for this project: (I) support for the creation of the National School of Administration (ENA) ; (ii) support for performance improvement within the economic and financial administrations ; and (iii) support for project management and monitoring.
The objectives of the ACBSP program are: (i) improve the supply, the conditions and the quality of vocational training in the Administration field ; and (ii) contribute to capacity building and modernization of economic and financial administrations.
The beneficiary of this project is the entire active population of the Guinea Bissau.
