The intervention concerns the Support Project for Strengthening the National Guarantee System for SMEs and Target Populations (PARSNG). It's designed by the Kingdom of Morocco with the support of the African Development Bank Group. The project comprises two components, namely: (1) the modernization of the information system in two parts: (a) the first one on the evaluation of the existing, the analysis of the needs and the design of the target system and (b) the second dedicated to the development and effective deployment of the information system; (2) the extension of the global risk management system is also composed of two parts: (i) the first to carry out analyzes, studies and recommendations; (ii) the second for the implementation of tools and systems to improve the overall risk management system and its integration with the information system.
This project has the following main objectives: (i) strengthening of the overall risk management system; (ii) improvement of global risk management tools; (iii) strengthening and modernizing the information system supporting the activity of the national guarantee system; (iv) improving the quality of the services of the Central Guarantee Fund (Caisse Centrale de Garantie - CCG) with all its partners; and (v) consolidation of the CGC's efforts and sustainability of its funding system.
The project benefits directly to the Central Guarantee Fund (Caisse Centrale de Garantie - CCG). In addition, the final beneficiaries of the project are the Moroccan populations.
