Project General Description

The present intervention relates to the study on the strategy for the development of education and private training. It's designed by the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco with the support of the African Development Bank Group. The study includes the following components: (i) the diagnosis of the existing supply; (ii) the reference typology; and (iii) the proposed strategy.

Project Objectives

This project comprises the following main objectives: 1) associate the private offer with the extension of the teaching offer to reduce the capital expenditure of the ministry; 2) combine private provision with the management of existing schools to reduce the operating costs of the Ministry; 3) promote quality education and thus create an emulation with the public education offer.

Beneficiaries

The main beneficiaries of the study are the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco, the Department of School Education of the Ministry of National Education, as well as the actors of the Moroccan education system.
