The project to support the implementation of the Digital University within the International University of Rabat offers an opportunity for new forms of pedagogical communication, access to knowledge and support for student learning. Through this digital university, students will have permanent access to external data banks and Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC), as well as to all the material that will be available online. The goal is to promote student success and professional integration through new information and communication technologies. The proposed intervention focuses on the development, integration, implementation of digital solutions and the acquisition of equipment and software. The implementation of digital solutions is accompanied by a series of capacity building actions in terms of training for the benefit of the university staff responsible for piloting and implementing the daily actions of the project. In addition to these trainings, the project will ensure the certification of academic and support staff for better ownership and management of the project.
The main objective is to improve access to employment for higher education graduates, ensure the extension of the training system for greater equity, improve the quality of public and private training institutions, institutionalize quality assurance and reinforce sectoral coordination and governance in the field of education and training.
The main beneficiaries of the project are: the International University of Rabat, the students, the academic and support staff of the University.
