PAGDSP’s main direct beneficiaries are government institutions responsible for domestic resource mobilisation, programming, and budget management control; civil society organizations (CSOs); and institutions in charge of private sector promotion. All the beneficiary institutions will be strengthened through the acquisition of working tools adapted to their missions, high-level technical assistance, and tailored training programmes. Overall, the project will benefit the entire Togolese population through the development of an institutional environment conducive to strengthening the efficiency of public spending and the development of private initiatives for inclusive growth capable of creating decent jobs, particularly for women and youth (women and men), thereby facilitating sustainable poverty reduction.
