The present intervention concerns the Capacity Building Support Project of the Maghreb Bank for Investment and Foreign Trade (BMICE). It aims to provide BMICE with a grant to carry out several important activities. The project is structured around the following components: (1) establishment of the information system and the development of procedure manuals; and (2) capacity building.
The overall objective of the project is to benefit BMICE: (i) the know-how of the African Development Bank, through the transfer of its technical knowledge to BMICE staff with a view to helping them successfully set up their various structures, (ii) assistance in formalising procedures relating to the highest priority operations, (iii) financing for the acquisition of certain tools necessary for its information and communication system, and (iv) assistance in financing and developing priority economic studies and technical expertise activities.
The main beneficiary of the project is the Maghreb Bank for Investment and Foreign Trade (BMICE).
